Effective date: 15 October 2026 · Applies to the website bamboostudio.org and to the gads Google Ads tool operated by Bamboo Studio

1. Who may use gads

gads is an internal tool of Bamboo Studio. It may be used only by people the studio has authorized, on Google Ads accounts the studio owns or manages. By signing in you confirm that you are authorized to access those accounts and that you will use the tool only for the studio's advertising work.

2. Your Google account

You sign in with your own Google account and grant the tool access to Google Ads on your behalf. You remain responsible for keeping your account secure. You can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Acceptable use

Use the tool only in accordance with the Google Ads Terms and Google Ads policies.
Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to manage.
Do not copy, resell or redistribute data obtained through the tool outside the studio.

4. Changes made through the tool

The tool applies changes to campaigns only when an authorized team member requests them. The person requesting a change is responsible for it. The studio keeps a change history for audit purposes.

5. Availability and warranty

The tool and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Reports may be delayed or incomplete, for example when Google adjusts data after the fact. We may change, suspend or stop the tool at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bamboo Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the tool or this website.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
